HI wesleyseya
Could you please be more specifc about the problem?
The button still appears for unauthenticated users?
When you click it, some sort of error appears?
Could you please check if there are errors on your browser javascript console?
Besides, could you please share with us an url where we can check the site?Thank you
Have a nice dayhttps://www.naturesformulary.com/products/arjuna/ this is my url without login.when i click the wishlist link it keep on loading
Hi again
I just checked your installation, and it seems that ajax call that should add item to wishlist does not contain any body
This is really strange, but sometimes happens when a Fatal Error occurs while processing the answer
It would be possible to enable debug on your installation, to see if some error appears on ajax call?If you don’t know how to enabled debug on your installation, you can always refer to codex ??
Please, let me know
Have a nice dayI changed it in oue development server.and the url is https://www.naturesformulary.co.in/products/arjuna/.Please check it here
Hi are you there?
Hi again
sorry for my late reponse
I checked your page some days ago, and I can still see an empty ajax call
Unfortunately, It’s really difficult for me to guess what the problem is, without haveing any access to your installationBesides, this is a quite uncommon problem, as it is the first time it gets reported
Could you please try our plugin, leaving just your theme and WooCommerce active on your installation?
If even in this conditions it doesn’t work, could you please test it with Twenty default theme? Please, let me know

@yithemes Really? Let me offer some suggestions.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site should not be one of them.
- Ask for a link to the https://pasetbin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();
output. - Ask the user to install the Send System Info plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins except yours, switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
Hi Jan!
First of all, I’d like to thank you for the precious suggestions you gave us.
We’re always in search for new tips to improve our support service, and we take the experience and advice of other people to heart.About my answer, I feel I have to clarify something; my reply was just a statement, a way to apologize to the user in the forum for the issue they have found. We are trying to solve that by any means we have and in respect to the community rules that we know well.
In addition to this, I’m sorry if my message could be mistaken as a request for admin credentials to the user: it was not that, at all.As you can certainly see if you read the entire conversation, we have already triggered two of the points you suggested:
– Enabling debug;
– Asking users help to replicate the issue (I can see it on their website but not in my own one locally). Moreover, the answer ends with a kind suggestion to put one of the points you have listed into action:
– Disabling all plugins except for the concerned one and WooCommerce, and switching to the default theme. While awaiting for the user’s reply, I will test it extensively, aiming to replicate the issue on my local environment as well and offer as good support as possible to our users, as we use to do.
I would like to thank you one more time for your precious advice. I hope we can solve the issue soon.
Have a great day
YITH Team
