Unable to add video URL

I am trying to add a youtube video to a portfolio, however, when I choose to add a video, the window that opens up does not allow me to add a URL. All it does is says Add Video URL From Youtube or Vimeo, but then below that is nothing but a white page. There are no fields to fill in with any details. I tried in Chrome 80, FireFox 74, Edge 44, and IE 11. All give me the same behavior.
