Unable to Add Text to Login Page

Hi, so before the recent plugin upgrade, I had text on the Login page that provided some additional instructions for my users. But now that the upgrade occurred, I still see the text in the backend, but it does not display on the front end. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!
