Unable to add sub menu

  • hello everyone. i am facing a very big problem. i can not add any sub page under my page. Initially i can add it under my one page. This is my website. https://www.webzcreator.com/
    I add sub page under services. but now i want to add more sub pages under service and course, but when ever i try to add sub page under page, lots blank doted line boxes creat. kindly tell me how to add more sub pages under my page and make it dropdown menu.

    I see the three sub-items under services, so I’m not sure what the problem is. By the way, the shield thing in your header covers your phone number.
