• I am unable to add a profile picture to any of my users on my site. Regardless of whether or not I log in as that user or try to change it as an admin it does not work. I have tried it in 3 three different browsers and it still does not work. We need to have directory pages as we are a school and without profile pictures we can’t do that.
    Please help!

    Hi @miguel2393

Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active?
Please try to disable caching if you have one and see if this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi @miguel2393 and @akaffoughislain,

Please see our guide on how to troubleshoot this issue. https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/114-photo-uploads-not-working
This is most likely due to your server settings on the hosting provider side.
    Please consider contacting them directly.

    Regards.

    Hi Team –

I tried above solutions but still was not able to get the issue fixed. I am using for my website a theme called “EDUCATION BASE” and apparently it looks like there is a problem of compatibility since when i change the theme .. the issues were all fixed.

Should i conclude that there is a compatibility between both systems or you have a way to help me out. since the website is already Live and i necessarily need a way out on this.

EDUCATION BASE AND ULTIMATE MEMBER PLUGIN

    Regards

I am hosting with wordpress.com how do I check caching settings? I have no caching plugin installed.
I am using the same theme that akaffoughislain is using. Is it a theme incompatibility issue? I need to completely redo a good portion of the website I working on if I have to uninstall your plugin as I use the directory and profile features. Please I really would not like to have to do that. Is there another fix? Perhaps some raw code or manually placing files in a certain directory. I am comfortable with coding so please if there is a way I would love to know.
