unable to hide the review date i disabled it from settings

Upon checking the reviews you have collected in our plugin, there are some reviews containing the unsupported emojis. They can prevent our widget from updating. To solve this issue, you can try to edit the reviews manually to either remove or replace the emojis(with the supported ones).

You can see the list of our supported emojis in section #3 Why aren’t my Judge.me widgets updating, causing my reviews not to display? How can I force an update?

thanks for reply do i need to remove emojis from all the comments in order to hide the location and date? i whitelist that url in cloudflare but it didnt solve this issue yet. is it because of emojis?

Yes, you will need to remove the emojis from the reviews so our widgets can get updated. Whitelisting our webhooks won’t help in this case because you have unsupported emojis in your reviews.

It seems that the review widget is still not being updated. I believe you are using WP Rocket as a cache plugin, in some cases, that could also prevent our widgets from being updated to reflect settings changes.

You can go to the WP Rocket plugin and exclude our CSS/JS files from being optimized as listed below:
For CSS, please add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.css to the Excluded CSS Files.

For JavaScript, please add cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js in Excluded JavaScript Files.
Please also add https://cdn.judge.me/judgeme_widget_v2.js if you have enabled Load JavaScript deferred.

In case you are using additional cache plugins, I would also recommend trying to exclude the above files and clearing the cache.

Please keep us informed regarding any updates.

Thanks a lot but i dont use wprocket but flyingpress i couldnt find any option to exclude them so i disabled it and tested it in incognito but didnt work sadly. can i give you temporary login to my wordpress?

– For the stars, can you please help us add this CSS to Appearance> Additional css :

– For the review that is not showing, could you please go to Judge.me plugin panel > Advanced and click “Reset Synchronize Products Status“, then click “Synchronize Products” as explained in this guide.

Once that’s done, please let us know so we can try to run an update from our end.

It would also be helpful if you can check your cache plugin settings to see if JavaScript files are being deferred or delayed. We’re not sure though how flyingpress plugin works nor familiar with their dashboard.
