Unable to Add Organizer or Venue Images

Would like to add pictures of both event venues to help attendees locate the venue as well as event organizer pictures so attendees can identify the organizer and introduce themselves.

While the text verbiage I’ve added to EVENT CALENDAR’s organizer and venue sections always appears without a hitch, the images I’ve attempted to add to those same sections via direct links, Add Media, IMG inserts, etc. never do.

Is this a bug, a feature restricted to EVENT CALENDER PRO, or something else I’m missing.

I’m using WordPress 4.73 with latest GENESIS and DYNAMIK WEBSITE BUILDER theme/childtheme.
