I’m sorry for the delay getting back with you. I’ve been a little behind trying to get updates for our plugins prepared for release.

Can you try disabling any other plugins you have running to see if the problem goes away? Then you could re-enable each one at a time until the problem comes back.

At that point we’d know the culprit, and then we could install that plugin to reproduce the problem and troubleshoot accordingly.

As per your instructions , i disabled all the plugins and changed the theme to twenty sixteen but the problem still exists .
It still says ‘Fatal error: Call to a member function get_sku() on a non-object in /home/u232568758/public_html/wp-content/plugins/offers-for-woocommerce/admin/class-offers-for-woocommerce-admin.php on line 1330’ when adding new offer.

Can you verify what version of PHP you are running as well as what version of WooCommerce you are running?

We have not had any other reports of this, and we cannot reproduce it ourselves, so there must be something unique there causing the issue. Need to track it down.

I’m using php5.5 with zlib compression enabled and woocommerce 2.5.5

Hy tried it again on fresh installation but still when adding the new offer shows the same error

I don’t think zlib would cause any problems, but I guess I can’t say for sure.

If you’re on a clean install of WP with nothing but WooCommerce and Offers for Woo then something about the server directly must be causing the problem.

Again, this simply isn’t anything I’ve had any other reports of and we cannot reproduce it.

If you’d like us to troubleshoot for you directly on your server we can, but you would need to submit an order for premium support for that.

i keep getting this Fatal error: Call to a member function get_sku() on a non-object in /home/kreativl/public_html/technolobby.org/wp-content/plugins/offers-for-woocommerce/admin/class-offers-for-woocommerce-admin.php on line 1330

@technolobby1, are you running the latest version of WooCommerce? If so, please download the release branch of our plugin from GitHub, which should resolve any compatibility issues.

You’ll just need to extract the files and update the plugin manually on your site.

We’ll be releasing the official update soon.

I’m getting same issue… I’m running php7 and latest woocommerce and found ‘Offer’ was crashing all pages except for the catalog. The only way to bring the site back up was to deactivate offers.

Is this new update available on repository yet?

    Thanks!

Not yet, but it will be soon. I just keep getting tied up with other projects before I can get the loose ends here tied up.

The link in my last response should work for you, though, if you want to go ahead and grab it and update manually.

    understood, thanks.

We have just released the 1.3.0 update. Please apply that update and let me know if you continue to have problems.
