Unable to “Add New” Template with Elementor

Recently I realised that upon clicking the “Add New” button in Dashboard > Templates > Saved Templates/Popups/Theme Build/Add New subsections nothing happens except Landing Pages.

I have tried disabling every plugin except Elementor and Elementor Pro but the issue persists. I have also remove and reinstall both the plugins but the issue is not resolved either.

I’ve also sent a support ticket through Elementor’s website but I have yet to receive a reply from them on this matter. I have also posted on r/Wordpress and r/Elementor but got no replies either… It would be helpful if someone here has encountered this problem before can help point me in the right direction.

Currently on Elementor v3.2.2 and Elementor Pro v3.2.1
