Unable to add new slider images and Widgets are not appearing

    Hi,

    My slider is working on the website, but I can’t add new images to the slider or update the existing ones in WP-Admin. I also notice that in the Customizr Widgets section, the different widget areas are not appearing.

    I have just updated to version 3.1.24 of the Customizr template.

  • Did you try clearing Cache – Ctrl+F5 in Windows; Apple + R or command + R in Mac/Apple;

    Also clear cache if using plugins like WP-Supercache, W3TC etc

    I had tried clearing the cache, but it was in Chrome which can be a bit belligerent in refreshing.

    I have viewed in Firefox and the widgets etc are appearing.
