Unable to add new prayer request

Let me start by saying that our church really appreciates the wp prayer plugin. It is such a nice touch for our website bethelfwc.org. We love it.
Unfortunately the prayer request form no longer works. When we enter a prayer request on https://bethelfwc.org/prayer-request/ and click the save button, the word “cheating…” comes up and the prayer request is lost.
Please advise,
