Unable to add new lines in product description

in the product description?

Yes, this was the first thing i tried. When saving and viewing again it removed the
code.

Are you talking about on the main catalogue listing page? That wouldn’t be possible, since tags are stripped out of the description before it’s displayed.

Yes that’s what I am talking about. Is there a way I can stop them being stripped ?

If I can complete this last part of functionality I will be buying this plugin

If you end up using the premium version, the easiest way would be to just use custom fields for those two things, then they would be automatically displayed underneath the description with line breaks. The only other way would be to go into the shortcodes.php file and stop the stripping of the tags.

Not easily right now. We’re working on a widget/shortcode that displays the X most recent products.

Could you please tell me how to stop stripping of the tags in shortcodes.php?
