Unable to add new donations (with Pro version)

I found out this was because I never entered any categories. What if I don’t want any categories.

Also, the donation title and description are not appearing? I am adding these to a page via shortcode

The absence of categories shouldn’t cause that problem. Also, are title and descriptions not showing for all donation types or just a certain type?

It sounds like you are having issues with the plugin accessing the database. What version of the plugin are you using?

Also, this is actually support for the free version. If you post the question on the page for the pro I would be able contact you by email and trouble shoo better.
