Unable to add multiple conditions and Type of condition ( or | and )

    The plugin is not working, before it used to used to have option to select when to show field (if all conditions are met or any condition is met) but that option is no longer visible.?https://i.imgur.com/7YmSQZ3.png

    Also I’m unable to add multiple conditions now. Few days earlier this was working very well but now the options are gone.

    Any help?
