Unable to add Issue Days

When I try to add Issue Days (I’m trying to add a listing for “30” days), I receive a message that there was an error “Failed to Add Days”. I’m not sure what the issue could be or how to resolve. Everything else in the plugin has worked as expected, but I cannot add any amount of days to use for issuing books.
