Unable to add Images and use Heading properties

Hello,

I have noticed that I cannot Insert images of any format in my POSTS whether using the INSERT option or the img tag . Also the H1, H2 heading options freeze my posts into a “Saving Draft mode”

What I have tried:
* Inserting YouTube videos – This worked perfectly well
* Inserting images of JPEG or PNG formats – If I use INSERT option, the image doesn’t show up in the Post’s text box. But when I use the img tag option option, upon previewing or publishing I get an error “Oops! that page can’t be found
It looks like nothing was found at that location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search”

I have tried disabling all plugins, the problem persists.
