Unable to add images

  • Please, i have been posting articles to my blog with images, but recently i tried adding an image to a post but i keep getting this error…

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/topblogg/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2012/08.

    And if i try to update a plugin i also get error.

    Please can anyone help give me a solution?
