Unable to add Header image

  • Unable to add Header image
    Am following this pricess to do so:
    Appearence > Header > Header Image > Add new image > Selecting an image form media library > Select and Crop > Crop Image
    Am getting the following error: “There has been an error cropping your image”
    It does this, irrespective of size of image or type of file
