• Hi, when I am adding a new order as customer there isn’t an option for me to add an email address to the order at the checkout, it is using my default admin email address for the order.

    Also when the order is placed, it is putting this “on-hold”, does that mean when I change status to processing the customer will automatically receive a new order notification, or does this need to be done manually?

    The free version of the plugin does not include technical support, anyway you’re saying that when the plugin is active the default billing email address is not shown? Can you share a print of the complete checkout on that situation.

    The order goes to the exact same status as if you weren’t using our plugin: “on hold” or “pending”, depending on the payment gateway.
