Unable to add "dynamically" a category under WP 4.0

Hi all,
does someone find a solution to be able to add dynamically a category while writing a post under WP 4.0 ?
I tried many times but as soon as the extension is activated I can’t add any (sub)category, I always got a “an unidentified error happen” message :(…TIA,
