Unable to add documents

    I created my folders and go to “Add New Document” it says “Loading” at the top and never finishes. Everything looks like it loads except the buttons.

    open a browser inspector and tell me if you see any errors. Sounds like a javascript error.

    I had the same problem, then went away and found out that I had just been uploading a big file, which took several minutes. When I uploaded smaller files, it worked much quicker.

    I have the same problem running 4.98 wordpress. just flashes the menu that you expect to come up and disappears again.

    try disabling all other plugins and see if the problem continues.
