Unable to add Attributes or Variations

    Several items had their attributes and variations deleted. I tried to add them back but when I update the product page they disappear again. It’s only select pages so it doesn’t seem to be site wide.

    Hi @chrishollywood,

    This is not what we would expect and it is rather strange. What actions did you perform before your attributes and variations were deleted?

    Do you see any fatal error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like:

    Copy/paste the log into your response on this thread.

    Can you try to add them back after disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and changing the theme to Storefront?

    Thank you for the error logs.

    It seems that some processes are exceeding both maximum execution time and memory limit.

    The WP Memory Limit can be increased from the current value of 256 MB to 512 MB. Check this page for more info: https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    If that doesn’t help, please try disabling the plugin “Yoast SEO”, which is where the failing process is being initiated.

    As for the PHP Time Limit, it can be set from the current value of 30 to something around 300.

    You can either change these settings by yourself our contact your host.

    After performing those changes, please check if the error log ceases, and if you can add attributes and variations back to your products.
