Unable to add an Admin

  • I am trying to give someone Admin rights to my page. I can easily add them as a user, they can update password, but when they go to login, they can’t and they get diverted. Any Ideas?

    Try disabling your plugins as some WordPress Plugins may interfere with the login process.

    I created a new user account and tried to log in myself. When I would log in, it would tell me that the user name did not exist, however it was copy/pasted from the email wordpress sent when the account was created and password reset. I can reset the password for that user name, but loggin in it says user name doesn’t exist.
