Unable to add a subscriber using the form

Thanks for contacting us. This issue seems to be a bit strange. Also, we have checked this issue at our end but couldn’t replicate it.

We suspect it might be related to some database table error but needs to confirm it. Can you please let us know if you are able to add new subscribers from the menu Email Subscribers –> Audience –> Add New Contact?

I tried to add a couple of subscribers as you written me above. The first time i checked the ‘Send welcome email?’ option and set both list to ‘subscribed’. The second time i did not checked the above option and set both list to ‘select status’ option.
In each of those tries the page just refreshed without inform whether add the subscribers or not. Note that before adding them, i checked if both subscriber’s emails allready existed or not.
The total contacts in ‘Audience’ page remains to the same numbeer, 25, and so the system seems that does not operates.

I’ll wait your advice.
