Unable to activate support key

    Hello!

    I am trying to activate my purchased Press Permit Pro support key, but the message “An unidentified error occurred.” keeps showing up.

    I also tried accessing my user account in the Press Permit website, but it seems that there’s also a problem connecting to the database (maybe related to the activation problem?).

  • Yes, I just wanted to report the same issue. There seems to be a database connection which since last Saturday. I hope this issue will soon be fixed, as we also can’t access the forums etc.

    Hi,
    We’ve been using Press Permit Core with satisfaction so far but it lately started to create problems.

    A message asks us to activate a support key. What does it mean, that your plugin has now to be paid for? Besides, when I click on the activate button, it says that I am not authorized to access this page.

    Can you help?
