Unable to activate SSL for Plesk Ubuntu WordPress instance

In the process of activating SSL for domain name giftsplendid.fun (domain registrar NameCheap). Updated A record on NameCheap for the domain name.
While activating on Plesk, getting this message:
Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for giftsplendid.fun
DetailsCould not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for giftsplendid.fun .
The authorization token is not available at https://giftsplendid.fun/.well-known/acme-challenge/wHLaNK4JkpA-TxSZpAY5M8b_e1UAVPzBSxvboWYSHGQ 1.
To resolve the issue, make sure that the token file can be downloaded via the above URL.

Please ask your hosting support, as this is Plesk issue and not a WordPress issue.
And you need to have your webserver software (Apache) working and your site responding for ACME verification, at least via HTTP protocol.
Otherwise look for other verification methods, but everything related to this is outside of scope for our forums.I understand it is a Plesk issue, still trying to get some clue if possible through this platform.
