Unable to activate pro license

    I upgraded to the Pro version and have been unable to activate the license. The link takes me to what looks like the expected URL, /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pp-options, but presents a permission message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I’ve tried deactivating all of my plugins expect this one, but no difference.

    I use a third-party role manager and gave my administrator every privilege possible, but that made no difference.

    WP Logging and retrieval requires jumping through a few hoops for me, so I’m wondering if there’s anything I ought to try before going there.

    @davidklaw For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
