    Hi,

    I did a quick search and found a few topics similar to my situation, but nothing answered my issue.

    I installed the free Titan plugin and then purchased the premium. I had them both activated, but for some reason, my site went blank, and I couldn’t access it at all.

    I had to go into C-Panel and delete the plugins. I reinstalled them, and now I get the following error when trying to activate the premium version.

    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

    I also get the message:

    “Titan security: Congratulations, you have activated a premium license! Please activate premium add-on to use pro features now. Activate premium add-on or cancel license.”

    But clicking activate gives me the same fatal error message.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    For premium users, there is special support. Write there. https://cm-wp.com/premium-support/
    You need to enable WordPress debugging mode and view the error text. You can send the error to me

    Hi Artem,

    I still have not heard back from premium support on my issue. I opened the ticket 5 days ago. I just opened a new ticket. It would be fantastic to be able to use the premium version considering I paid for it. Thanks.

    I checked – I responded to your ticket, but the response email wasn’t delivered for some reason. Can you specify a different email address, such as Google?
