    Hello,

I have received my activation code by email but I am not able to activate premium features.
When I click on “I already have an activation code”, nothing happens.
I have tried to disable all plugins but this does not solve the issue.
    I am using Designfolio theme.

    Can you help me please?

    Regards,
    Didier

    Hi,
If you’ve tried disabling all plugins try temporarily enabling some other theme.

    Cheers

Sorry for delay to answer, I was not available.
Even if I disable all plugins and set theme to default “Twenty Fifteen”, I am still not able to activate premium features.

I am using WordPress 4.2.2 French (site: https://lamourduprochain.org).

I have tried on both Firefox 38.0.1 and Chrome 42.0.2311.152.

Not sure it is related but I have notice that “Google Maps Widget” displays links for “Thumbnail map”, “Lightbox map”… instead of tabs.

Your WP admin has serious JS issues. If no other plugins/themes are active try reinstalling GMW and WP itself. GMW doesn’t even get initialized if you don’t see the tabs …

I have tried on 2 different sites (official and test) and have the same problems. On my test platform, I have tried to uninstall/reinstall GMA and try also to reinstall WP itself but still have the same issue. Is there a mininmum version of JS (I presume JavaScript) needed?

The minimum requirement is jQuery that comes with WP. So, no special requirements. Since you’re the only one who reported this problem I’m still quite sure something’s wrong with your installation. Open the debugger/console in browser and see what the JS error is.

    I have GET https://lamourduprochain.org/wp-content/plugins/google-maps-widget/js/jquery.cookie.js?ver=2.35 404 (Not Found)

This may be an issue with .htaccess. I will check that.

That’s definitely a problem you have to resolve.
