Unable to activate plugin due to Parse Error

    When the plugin is installed and an attempt is made to activate it, this error message is displayed:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in …/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-submissions/Admin.php on line 231.

    Is this an issue for anyone else?
