Unable to activate plugin

    Hello,

    I am trying to install your plugin, but after downloading it, when I click on the button activate, I get a blank page with error “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.

    Can you help?

    Thanks for contacting us. Can you please let me know, are you using Locally or on website?
    If you please create a video using software like Loom, it will be great helpful for understanding better.

    Hello,

    no I am not using it locally, and right now I cant make a video.

    But I see in the error log that one of the issues is that the plugin tries to include a RU (Russian) language file inside the /wp-content/languages/ directory. The website is in multiple languages, but default is currently English.

    I’m not sure exactly what’s the scenario there. If the site is on Russian language then it will automatically get the default language.
    It may be happening for other Translation plugins.
