NinjaFirewall uses a sandbox to detect if the changes crash your site. I don’t recommend to disable the sandbox, but you can try to manually make the changes:
    1. Select “I want to make the changes myself”.
    2. Make sure you have FTP access to the site and follow the instructions.
    3. Check if your site is throwing a 503 error. Use another browser or a private tab. If it does, undo your changes.

You should also check your server’s error logs, either Apache or PHP to see why it’s throwing the 503 error.

    Hello,

I followed the instructions as you suggested, and after manually adding a few lines of code, everything appears to be working as intended now.

Thank you very much for your help and the fast response!
