    Hello all,
After updating to 3.2.5 I can no longer access my WP dashboard and I am continuously receiving the following 2 messages:

Warning: require_once(D:\Hosting\12136241\html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\12136241\html\wp-content\themes\customizr\functions.php on line 46

    AND

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘D:\Hosting\12136241\html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in D:\Hosting\12136241\html\wp-content\themes\customizr\functions.php on line 46

At first, I have thought that it is a hosting server problem at GoDaddy. But it is not; I can easily access GoDaddy File manager & access all the Customizr theme files including functions.php file.

Can anyone please & urgently help? Shall I re-upload the Customizr 3.2.5 files using FTP?

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, I would re-download the theme and then re-upload the theme via FTP immediately.

Note: Make sure wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php is in the theme files, and make sure it has proper permissions set on it.

If you still can’t get it to work, I would redownload the previous version of the theme and use that instead until the theme developers release a fix.

There was a wp.org server problem last night.

Thank you iCaleb & rdellconsulting for your help.

I applied the following dramatic steps:
    1) Re-downloaded the final version of customizr theme v.3.2.5
    2) Extracted the theme zip files locally to my hard drive
    3) Completely removed the old customizr folder on my hosting server using GoDaddy file manager after trying many times to individually copy the fucntions.php & init.php & other missed files unsuccessfully. So I had to completely remove all folder after getting several fatal error messages.
    4) I uploaded the new extracted files from the hard drive to the GoDaddy server using FileZilla FTP
    5) Now I can access & log in into my WP dashboard successfully
    6) I can also customize the theme normally now & surprisingly nothing of my theme modifications & adjustments were lost!

It’s really weird to face this issue with one of the great & best themes as customizr. I wonder if the problem was from the theme or the WP.

    Thanks again.

I got my website back in the air.
Downloaded the Customizr3.2.5 ZIP file to my local drive.
Decompress and only looked at the inc directory. It has all the missing files, including the init.php.

Using Filzilla FTP, I renamed the original inc directory on my website to inc.org
Then uploaded the complete inc directory from my local harddrive to my website.
    Back in the air.

Thanks to Nikeo and the other forum members for the help.
Hope this will not happen again.

    Cheers,
    Richard

@richardvdg, If you read the long post in #3, you’ll see it was completely out of Nic’s control and was a rare occurrence with no guarantees that it couldn’t happen again

    Well,
But when customizr will stop to show the same error again?
I’m afraid of use the theme and get the same problem again.
When will the bug be solved?

    rdellconsulting

    (@rdellconsulting)

    There was no bug!

It could have happened to any Theme and was not in the control of Theme Authors.

It’s like asking can we guarantee that the WP servers will never have a hardware fault.
