• I’am stuck in a very weird problem.

My website is working perfectly fine. But I cant access my wp-admin page because of which i am unable to login into my account.

I searched different forums and tries everything. I’ve tried downgrading my wordress, disabling my plugins, disabling theme and switching to default theme updated theme to new version but no success so far.

Please help me, I’m in big trouble i have worked a lot on my website as a beginner and it took lot of time to do this little work.

Can you ask your hosting providers for your site’s error logs?

What are the errors after you deactivate your plugins?

How to get error report after deactivating plugings?

These error file i get via ftp.

dear i have seen that you have shifted your hosting to new hosting on june 2015 .if you have kept you backup then deleted the wp-admin and upload the wp-adin from backup file .or if you have your previous hosting activated still then download wp-admin and restore it in new hosting again.

After trying everything yesterday i finally cleaned my wordpress via ftp deleted everything, every bit of it and installed a fresh copy of latest version of wordpress and my theme.

Worked in it yesterday, now today when i come back again same thing happened. white screen and unable to see either wp-admin/ or wp-login.php.
Don’t know what is happening with me.

Many time file does not upload through FTP correctly and that result an error .upload file with your hosting control panel.if don’t know ask your hosting service provider for help to upload your file.no don’t try FTP.
