Unable to access wp-admin

I was doing some maintenance last night on the website https://www.traleetriclub.net and ticked a box that I should not have ticked in settings/reading/frontpage options. I was trying to set a new homepage – wasn’t quite sure what I was doing, was following advise from a forum response. Made the frontpage setting changes and now I can’t access the wp-admin at all. Can anyone help?
