Unable to access Website with new Customizr

    Hello!
    Several days ago I installed Customizr theme on my site, started to customize it and after a while my site stopped loading completely. In both my browsers, Firefox and Safary it takes long-long time to load and when it is done, nothing shows up, just blank page. I asked my hosting provider about help, but they could not resolve it and said
    They’ve increased memory limit and set output_buffering to On (via https://www.ipage.com/controlpanel/cgiManagement/PHPplus.bml) but still website is loading a blank page. Also, error logs don’t refresh with any errors, It looks like, the installed theme is causing the issue. I suggest you to set a different theme for your website or contact the vendor/developer of the currently installed theme for further assistance regarding the issue.
    Firs they said it “wp google fonts” plugin caused the problem. I deactivated all my plugins, but it did not help.
    I don’t want another theme, I like to use Customizr. Please, what is wrong?

  • Are you using child theme? If so, did you edit something in child theme functions.php which caused the site to show blank.

    If not, did u tried to edit the core theme i.e. parent theme functions.php , because ideally website shows blank if there is a problem in functions.php.

    Thank you very much for Your response! No, I don’t use child theme, and I never edit anything in functions .php because I don’t know how to do it. But anyway, I don’t know what happened, but today it works just fine by itself, I did not do anything, and even activated the plugins, and so far it works. I believe it was something wrong on hosting. Sorry for bothering. Thanks a lot!
