Unable to access the control panel

I keep getting an issue where I’m unable to log into our admin account (i’m the main admin). At first i thought my IP was being blocked, but it seems it isn’t as a colleague of mine can access with her account off the same IP, but she doesn’t have the same admin levels as myself.
I’m using Wordfence security, but i’ve gone through all the settings and removed anything about blocking IPs etc.
I can access the site using my phone off the same IP.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to try next, i’m lost where to go.
The other thing is, it seems to think i’m logged in anyway as when i view the website i do get the admin/edit menu across the top of the screen. It’s just when i click on those too i get the same log in message as copied below:

Checking the proxy and the firewall

Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server…Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don’t believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.
