Unable to Access site – Urgent

    An animation keeps playing. Cant access site or login to admin panel

    Via cpanel I deleted ninja scanner plugin, wp fastest cache plugin and cache folder

    Tried disabling .htaccess and wp-cron.php

    We can edit the database if you guide us.
