• Hello, since the creation of the site theprogressivewing.com users have been unable to post with a variety of browsers, especially chrome or mobile android browsers causing many users to abandon/give up on the site.

    We use jetpack, buddypress and Weaver Extreme for the theme.

    Also as of the past two weeks subscriptions/notifications etc have completely stopped working.

    works fine on my PC with Chrome, but the javascript console shows 141 errors!

    wpdiscuz.min.js?ver=3.2.8:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'scrollHeight' of null

    I don’t see anything else odd.

    Could the javascript errors be causing issues for some people? What do I do about them?

    At least 30% of people who signup have the commenting issues or inability to use the site alltogether.

    Ive paid a lot of money for the site and various plugins and I myself cannot even comment on my own site with my own phone, after having been patient for months and still recieving no help ANY help would be appreciated as I’ve found no way to contact wordpress other than through these boards, and this is costing a great deal of time and money.

    www.remarpro.com provide free software; it does not manage it for you. Support is provided by volunteers and enthusiasts in these forums. If you need hands-on professional help, your best bet is to hire a local WordPress professional.

    Did you change something? I’m not seeing any errors now.

    Thank you for the responses, my frustration is certainly not with you.. just with not knowing what to tell people who are emailing me who have previously had no issues (as well as my inability to access my own site).

    Professional help has been looked into but have no starting point in regards to the problem. The problem is things worked fine one day, and then with absolutely no changes have gone downhill since with less and les users able to connect and no new widgets, etc being added. Would be glad to hire someone if I knew that the problems were fixable and not going to continue to reoccur the day after the paid contract runs out.

    I have changed nothing in regards to the errors you mention, so once again at a loss as to whats going on.
