unable to access site in cPanel with TSO

I have been unable to access my site hosted by TSO as I missed the timeline ( november 22) to transfer my files from my website to the new cPanel Deluxe. I have tried to use FTP but the files of the site do not show up in Filezillla.

Is there any guidance on how I can recover my site and/or access the files of my site to enable the transfer ?

TSO Support have stated “If possible can you please confirm whether the vikasarora.co.uk is supposed to load from your “cPanel Deluxe” as despite having it added as an website there no actual hosted contents are available for that site and thus the reason why the site is not loading correctly when opened (there is simply no content that can be loaded when the site is opened). If you do have a local backup of the site please do reupload that onto the server in order to have the site reinstated and loadable one again.”

I do not have a local back up ??
