Unable to access Settings page

    After activating the plugin, when attempting to access the Settings page (“/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wptouch/wptouch.php”) I receive the following error despite being logged in as an administrator:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    However, the plugin is functional on the frontend.

    I’m using version 1.9.8.2 of the plugin with version 3.6 of WordPress.

    I tried disabling all other plugins as the author suggested in a previous post.
