    After checking on our testing sites, everything is fine

    Could you please confirm that you still face this issue?

    If yes, Could you please check your server error log for some error related to our plugin?

    Also, I want you to try run our plugin alone and see its control panel to see if this happens because of a conflict with other plugin or not

    The last test is a browser side test, please go to your browser (developer tools) and search for any errors there
