    Hi @thismachinetulsa

That’s certainly no good! Are you seeing a specific error message when you try to access the plugins page, or not?

Can you still access the GiveWP tools page? if so, I’d love to see your system info to see if there are any clues as to what is incompatible on your site.

Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
    ?
?That will give me some more context to be able to help.

Also, in order to manually deactivate the plugin, you could go in through your web host’s file system and change the name of the GiveWP plugin directory to something like give-old (which will deactivate the plugin and return your plugins page, if GiveWP is the plugin causing the issue.

Either way, we definitely want to help out here.

??Let me know if that resolves things, or if you need further assistance. ?Thanks for using Give! Have a great day.

    Hi there,

I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved, but if there is anything else you need don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Thanks.
