Thank you for trying our plugin @msbacademy

I am sorry to read about your issue. However, there is no video in the previous post. Can you send us a screenshot to highlight what is happening?

Can you also please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin?

    Hello @msbacademy

Thank you for the video. A few questions:

    1. Did you have an earlier version of this plugin installed earlier / is this a new install? Or this is an old install, it used to work and now it stopped working?
    2. Do you use any custom role plugin?
    3. If the answer to question 2 is yes, does the user you are using have a custom role? Or what role is it?

The more details you can share with us about your setup the easier it will be for us to understand the context of this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @msbacademy

Sorry for the late reply. We did not click on the link. As a side note, you shouldn’t be sharing such URLs on public forums. If you want to share access do it directly with vendors over email etc.

In regards to your issue, the fastest way to solve this is to reset the plugin to the default. To do so, simply de-activate and uninstall the plugin and then install it again. This means that you will need to reconfigure the CAPTCHA keys etc.

Just in case you need help with this, here is the CAPTCHA 4WP getting started guide.

Please let us know if you need further help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
