    It’s almost a whole year we migrated our website to https://orionorigin.com. Please try to access your account using this link https://orionorigin.com/my-account/

    A list of all selected configuration options are available in the order details of the configurable product. If you cannot find it, then perhaps there’s an anomaly.

    Hi,

    To date I have received no response to my ticket and no trace or history of tickets on your site; which is not normal.

    Also, we have another issue in addition to the one mentioned in my first ticket. When choosing the color via the Text add-on, it appears for the visitor but when they place an order, in the order details, it is the default color that appears and not the one chosen (not on the image but the detail in text).
