Unable to access Media Library

Try refreshing your page and clearing cache and then if its not fixed, try the permissions. You will need FTP access or access to your hosting control panel.

It might also be a plugin, have you installed a new one? Try disabling it, refresh and see if that fixes it.

• Try clearing your website’s cache and refreshing then if its not fixed.
• Try flushing the permalinks, Navigate Settings>Permalinks scroll all the way down and click on save changes.

Let me know if this works for you.

Have cleared cache so know its not that. I tried the permalink but still no luck.
Am not code savvy so don’t want to mess around with any of that.
