• My site automatically upgraded to the new release today and when I log in to my dashboard it gives me a message that says, “No Update Required” and then takes me to my site. But then when I click to access the dashboard, it keeps giving me the same message and taking me back to the home page of my site.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

  • I’m not having the problem but someone else who did says to do delete the file below.
    It’s in the wp-content folder – object-cache.php

I ended up fixing mine. From the tips in another post, I renamed my plugins folder to plugins.hold and the logged it. The dashboard appeared and then I went to the plugins page. It deactivated (but still kept) the plugins. Then I went back in to my host, renamed the folder back to plugins and refreshed my admin page. I was then able to selectively re-activate my plugins.
