Unable to access custom HTML and Text Widget box

    Hello,

    Have searched for a way to fix this, but can’t seem to find anything.

    Basically, in the widget area/page I can’t access any content in Custom HTML or Text widgets. The box just doesn’t show? Same if I try to make new ones. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/ZIYKVcU

    I don’t know if it’s related, but if I look in /wp-admin/js/widgets it’s an empty directory. I assume there should be something in there? Also, when trying to update WP previously it said it failed because of an issue in that same directory.
