Unable to access and edit my feed

I’m having the same issue, I can’t edit my feed to include new products or categories.

When I click on “Edit” the page just keeps loading.

Did you update the plugin to the latest version?
Did you installed the plugin new or was it previously working correctly?

Do you have feeds that are in processing que?
If so please click the “clear feed process” button on the settings page of our plugin.

If this all did not change anything, please try to regenerate the feed and check the browser console for any errors. Let me know what you find.

Hello, yes the plugin is up to date. It was previously working before and now I can’t make edits any more, the feed just keeps loading. I have cleared feed process and re-initiated plugin, it still didn’t work. my feed won’t open

Hi @aukejomm, the plugin is up to date and was working normally until the last day 09/02, when I made the last change in the feed. I can still preview and regenerate, but I can’t change it to include more products.

Could you please check the following:

1. Open the Feed List page
2. Click with the right mouse button somewhere on the page and choose the “Inspect” option from the menu
3. You should get an extra window now that shows you some more info on the page.
4. Then open the failing Edit Feed page and see if you get an error message in that new window. If so, please let me know what error message you are getting.

I think we found the cause of the issue. We will release a patch that fixes it later this day.

@michel-jongbloed has found the cause of the problem and sent me an updated version. This updated version is online and you should get a notice that there is an update for our plugin.

Please update your plugin and let us know if that has solved the issue altogether.
