Unable to access admin page after install

Before installing the miniorange plugin, another plugin was installed, in order to hide the wp-admin page -I can’t confirm the name. That worked fine until installing the Social Login plugin from miniorange, at which point, access to either of the admin pages has been lost.
Please indicate how to resolve.
